Our Seminar Series begins! It will take place on 31 January with a topic of interest, addressing the links between Chaperone mediated autophagy (CMA) and Parkinson disease (PD).
Dr. Adrián Martín Segura will present his work carried out at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine, which shows the impact of CMA decline on Parkinson’s disease progression.
Do PD-related proteins inhibit CMA in vivo? Does decreased CMA accelerate PD? Does CMA activation reduce PD pathology? These are just some of the issues to be discussed.
